Obtaining ABA services can get overwhelming. Below we have laid it out for you so you know where you are at, at all times.
Fill out our intake form or give us a call! Our intake team will give you a call once the form is completed or go over it with you on the phone.
During this phone call, we will ask you to share info about your child, tell you more about what we provide, what the process entails, and answer any questions you may have.
After the phone call, we’ll schedule a parent consultation for you to meet with our clinical director, whether that’s in your home, in our clinic, or via video (depending on the Willow location). We’ll ask for required documents, run a quote of benefits, and request an authorization from your insurance company to conduct an assessment with your child.
What happens during an assessment? A BCBA will meet with your child and get a better idea of where his/her/their current skillsets are at. This helps us create your child's behavior plan in order for them to be successful in the future.
After we’ve conducted an assessment, we create your child’s treatment plan and then submit it to your insurance. Your child’s BCBA will request an authorized number of hours that is clinically recommended to set your child up for success.
Once services are approved, your clinic’s Operations Manager will reach out to you and set up an ongoing schedule with you and set a start date for your child to be officially apart of the Willow family!
